Workflow Phase Name RRS feed

  • Question

  • HI, I can see that Workflow Phase Name is available to be added as a field to a Project Centre View but I cannot find it in the OData tables.  Any ideas where it is?

  • Hi Barbara, so is the below the full URL or must I specify individual projects?

    <a href="')/StagesInfo"><ProjectId>')/StagesInfo

  • Hi Dan,

with the previous URL, you need ProjectId, so specify individual projects.

    Perhaps you need:$Filter=StageStatus eq 1.

This will give you ProjectName, ProjectId, Phase and Stage information. Use "$Filter=StageStatus eq 1" to get current stage.Perhaps the better solution, if I interprete your question correctly?

  • Hi Barbara,

I have a similar question. I want to use "Workflow Phase Name" in a formula within a custom field but I can not find it in any of the field types (Cost, Date, Duration, Flag, Number, Text). Any suggestions?

  • Sorry, but you need more statuses.

    <style type="text/css">p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica; -webkit-text-stroke: #000000} span.s1 {font-kerning: none} span.Apple-tab-span {white-space:pre} </style>

NotStarted Value = 0. The stage workflow is not started.

WaitingForInput Value = 1. The stage workflow is waiting for input.

WaitingForApproval Value = 2. The stage workflow is waiting for approval.

WorkflowProcessing Value = 3. The stage workflow is processing.

Completed Value = 4. The stage is completed.

CompletedWithErrors Value = 5. The stage workflow completed with errors.

WorkflowCompleted Value = 6. The workflow for the state is completed.

I think all but 0 and 4, nut 100% sure, but for sure more than 1, 6 for ex. is when the wf has ended.$Filter=StageStatus ne 0 and StageStatus ne 4
