Windows Host Process Rundll32 has stopped working

  Starting today, my computer pops up with this error every 10-15 min. for no reason. I've looked around for a solution, and I can't seem to find one. I don't have Nero or K-lite, so I assume they're not the issue. This is the text in the additional information column:
