  • Hello friends.

    In my organization we have an Exchange 2003, we need some users only can send and receive from a particular domain. For example sending or receiving domain ending in ". Com"

    This is possible in Exchange 2003

  • Now that  I was saying, you cant on a per domain level unless maybe you had exch 2007/2010.

  • I dont think you can do on a domain basis for incoming, maybe per recipient by creating contacts and setting restriction on the account.

    Somewhere in the web I found a comment that could make a contact to resolve this issue. But do not see any documentation to implement it using a contact, please if anyone knows how to make them, I'd appreciate it.

  • Create a contact for external email and set "delievry restictions" on the user object in ADUC.

  • Create a contact for a specific email is not a problem, eg "user@domain.com", what I want to accomplish is to restrict the domain. ".com", all emails that end in ".com".

  • Thanks for the solution, I'll try to Exchamge 2007/2010 but these two versions use 64bit, and I have to change the hardware.
