This is normal. Check to see if there are any monitors targeting those classes, if not, you will see the white circle. If those monitors are disabled by default, you will see the white circles. If rules are doing the work, you will see
the white circles.
Read the guide - does the MP have optional monitoring for the warehose and project collection? Or (as I think is the case) does the MP only monitor the server components. The first release of the MP (the earlier one) only monitored the server
components.
Finally, always ask this kind of question in the team forum for the product itself. The product in this case is TFS, not Operations Manager :)
