Looking at the USB devices in the Device Manager, I don't have a power management tab
for the "VIA REv 5 or later USB Host Controller" so there is no wat to allow the computer to
turn off the device to save power

Can you tell me how to allow the USB device to enter suspend mode please

    Thanks in Advance

  • Hi Bryan,

According to the log, I can see the USB Root Hub cannot be suspended.

After search the VID number from the following link, I find that CI\VEN_1106&DEV_3038 can be the components of the VIA program.

I suggest you search for the latest driver and update your BIOS, chipset to test the issue.

In addition, you can also try to disable/uninstall to check the issue.

Here is a similar resolved issue for your reference
