How can I add additional time to a Task for everyone under that task easily RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are running MS Project server 07.  We are having an issue or lack of knowledge.  We have several tasks in our schedules that need to have additional time added to them.  But if we just increase the duration or the finish date of the task it will add additional time to the 1st resource of the task but it will not spread the additional time to all the resources.  We could go through each of them and manually add additional hrs to their remaining work, but there has to be another method.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Robert,
Welcome to this Microsoft Project forum:)
Try splitting the screen and changing the duration there - you can see the result of changing various parameters in the bottom screen.
