ctrl+shift+enter in start menu cause windows explorer to crash RRS feed

  • Question

  • just got myself a clean setup of 7600.16399, glad to see my old problem with "ctrl+shift+enter not working" has gone.
but before i got happy, i notice another problem others mentioned in my other thread: if you use ctrl+shift+enter in start menu to luanch something in admin mode, windows explorer is sure to crash after 'bout 10 secs.
    any ideas?

  • 7600.16399 It looks like you have installed an Update that has not been released yet. That would make it's behavior undefined for this forum. There will be a feedback option available to you via the source of your update.

  • would you be kind enough to test if this happens on 16385?
i'm gonna test it on a clean 16399 with no 3rd party apps. if it's the same on a clean 16399 but works fine in 16385, i'd be happy to do a rollbak!
