S4B and Shared Mailbox Issue

Question
-
Hi guys.
I have Exchange Server 2013 and Skype for Business 2016 and I have around 300 users and everything works correctly.
This is the problem:
I have 3 users:
User2@dominio.local
The User1@dominio.local and User2@dominio.local have a shared mailbox (mbxshared@dominio.local).
When Use1 is online on S4B and the User3 send messages, the User1 receive messages correctly.
But when User1 is Away and the User3 send messages, the messages are sent to the Conversation History of User 2.
The only common in the two users is the shared mailbox.
Any ideas for solve this issue?
Thanks.

Hi Aocox,
Welcome to our forum.
Did this issue occur when user2 is offline and user 3 send IM to User2?
If this issue just occur to user1 and user2, we suggest you do the following steps to check if the issue persist:
1. Remove shared mailbox in outlook for usser1 and user2
2. Remove shared permission on this specific shared mailbox on Exchange server, then restart “Microsoft Exchange Information Store”
3. Rebuild outlook profile for user1 and user2
4. Then re-add permission for user1 and user2
5. Finally, rebuild new outlook profile for user1 and user and re-add shared mailbox for them to have a test
If there are any questions or issues, please be free to let me know.
Best Regard,
