Hyper V not available in Windows 8.1 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am running Windows 8.1 on my computer which has i7 processor and virtualization enabled in NetBios.

    But unfortunately,Hyper-V is not available in the list of features to be installed.

    Any suggestions?

    I need a screenshot of the processor info in the task manager like the below

    Also which version of Windows 8.1 are you using ?

    X86 or X64 and Enterprise or Pro ?

    Which version of Windows 8.1 are you using ? X86 or x64 Pro or Enterprise ?

    As of i know if you are usign any other version other than x64 Pro or enterprose Hyperv Will not work.

    I have Windows8.1 (not the pro) and I don't have Hyper-V as a choice in Windows Features. Here are the screenshots you have requested:

    Please let me know if there's a workaround to fix this.

    Can you open Right click on windows powershel and Run as Administrator and paste the below command and let me know if Hyper v gets installed or not ?

    Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V –All
