TradeGothic doesn't display properly in Word 2013 (Outlook 2013 and PowerPoint 2013 too)

Question

Please help. I'm going crazy.
I successfully installed Office 2013, but the following fonts are appearing garbled in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook:
- TradeGothic
- TradeGothic Light
- TradeGothic Bold
Some letters likes "k," "l," and "v" display, but all others are invisible. Switching to a different font reveals the invisible letters.
The other weird thing is that TradeGothic WordArt will display as expected with all the special formatting.
I have tried reinstalling, adjusting the display settings, and Clear Type settings, but none of these worked.
Excel 2013 works fine.
Thank you.

Hi
I have installed the "TradeGothic" font, however letters displayed well in such fonts, refer to the screenshot below:
We would recommend you go to another site to download and install the "TradeGothic" fonts.
If the issue persists, do a repair for your Office in Control panel>Program and features>Office 2013>Change>Repair.

I have uninstalled the fonts and gotten new Trade Gothic fonts from other working computers. The result is the same. The font is not corrupted because it displays properly in Excel 2013 and the Adobe suite of products.
MS Word Draft View mode and WordArt both reveal the fonts properly.
I have tried repairing. I have also tried: uninstalled Office 2013, shutdown, started up, reinstalled, then restarted - it's still not working for those three fonts.
Thank you.

Hi
Fisrt, change the color of the text to check the issue.
We might also go to File>Option>Save>Embed fonts in the file
In addition, it is also recommened you start Word in safe mode to check the issue:Hold 'Ctrl' key and click into the program.

Hi Tylor,
Some Trade Gothic characters display fine, most do not. I tested with Auto Color, Red Color, Calibri font, and Trade Gothic font. All the Calibri displayed fine, most of the Trade Gothic did not. I was trying to attach a screen clipping but could not.
The fonts are installed, what would embedding do? Anyway, I tried it and that didn't work either.
I tried starting in Safe Mode, but no improvement. Word starts ok.
Thank you.
