  • Consider purchasing and installing a precision wireless mouse and use it rather than the laptop's unwieldy touchpad.

Example:  Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 w/ BlueTrack Technology

  • Hi,

What is the brand and model of your computer? You may need to install the latest version of touchpad driver compatible with Windows 7. As a work around, you could use an external mouse instead of touchpad.

    Best Regards
