  • Hi,

    Please provide more detail information about your problem:
    1. Current OS name and version.
    2. If you try to download file via browser on some website? Or any other operations?
    3. What is the error message?

    Please make sure that there is network connectivity:
    1. Open Run, type “ncpa.cpl” and end with enter.  
    2. Right click network adapter and select Status.
    3. Activity section, make sure bytes are increased of sent and received.

    If there is no problem with network connectivity, please try to use different browser, or download tool and check the result.
