Hi Rajaram Narayanan,
Let me confirm the issue with you, clients unable to download updates from WSUS server, in WSUS console, "installed" updates shows as 0%. Then is the WSUS server a downstream WSUS server? Correct me if I misunderstand.
If so, please check if clients report to the WSUS console correctly, check if there are updates shows as needed by clients, and ensure needed updates are approved for install;
On clients, what message do you get after doing "Check for update"? Enable clients could contact with the WSUS server correct, and enable the update file type is added in WSUS IIS site>MIME type.
Best Regards,
Anne

Hi Rajaram,
1. What is the version of your WSUS server?
2. Please check WSUS overview>download status, if there are updates stuck downloading, please check WSUS event log in event viewer, check if there are error 364, it will indicate why WSUS fail to download updates;
Best Regards,
Anne

Hi Anne,
Thanks for your Support.
Am using Win Server 2008 Datacenter OS.
Management Console version : 3.0
Version : 6
Build No : 6002 SP2
There in no event ID 364.
In WSUS Console---> Updates Tab---> All Updates---> Install /Not Applicable percentage is 0% only. This is that issue.
Thanks & Regards,
Rajaram
