Problem with dial-in conferencing - Sorry, I can't find a meeting with that number RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have on-premise installation of Skype for Business and we want enabling dial-in conferencing with Trixbox integration.

    We set everything up correctly (i hope), but when we calling from Trixbox trunk for conferencing number after announcement and entering the conference number we have notify "Sorry, I can't find a meeting with that number".

    This conference ID is correct. From the client Skype for Business i can join to conference by this phone number and conference ID.

    Communication from Trixbox phone's works fine and i can dial for Skype for Business client with Enterprise Voice number and speaking normally ...

    Can anyone help?

    Skype have only one digit ...

    To this issue, we suggest you disable “Assigned conference type by default” as the following snapshot to check if the issue persist:

  • You can reset the meeting number by login to the dial in URL. The organizer has to login to dial in URL and do the reset.
