I have Word Starter 2010 installed on my HP computer. Just recently, when I start a new document, the page comes up with guidelines across the entire page. When I create the document and then print it, the guidelines do not appear on the printed
document. I didn't do anything to cause this to happen. Is there anyway I can get back to the blank white page I used to get on all documents.
Also, when I call up an existing document, it comes up with a small box matrix throughout the document, which appears to be behind the existing text.
I would also like to get back to just seeing the text when I call up an existing document.
Any idea what happened and how I can get back to the way it used to be ?
