Currently nothing, as it's not the latest version of the product and therefore isn't on release. If you've got versions currently installed at your organisation, I'd suggest talking to your Ms Business Contact or your license providers.
You'd have to ask over in the 2010 forums for 2010 pricing for a guestimations on the latest version of the product.

@Stevens: You mean MOSS 2007 licenses will not be available as SP 2010 have been released?
Scenario is we have huge number [600+] of sites hosted in SharePoint Portal [MOSS 2007]. Now we are planning to build a custom tool and host it in SharePoint Portal. Migrating to SP 2010 will one more big project in itself.
For Creating the custom tool, We are planning to create SharePoint Development Environment which will be on MOSS 2007. Thats the reason we are looking for licenses/pricing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
