Polycom CX600 processing a proxy.pac file

Does anyone know if it is possible for a cx600 to read and process a proxy.pac file?

I was under the impression that they could infact read a .pac file but would be unable to process it.

Can anyone confirm this either way?

How do you mean by the processing?

I think it will process the pac file by reading the article proxy auto-config in Wikipedia.

For which reason do you need the pac file for a CX600?

thanks guys.

I'm having an issue with my security team enforcing a proxy.pac file on my voice lan. Instead of locking it down for voice only.

It appears as if the phone is reading and processing the pac file. At first I was under the impression that it could not read and process the file.
