Hi,
I want to have a document auto submitted to the records center without using code?
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Oddly this did not work.
I used a custom SharePoint Designer made by Nick Grattan that can be added to a workflow to auto send a doc to the RC.

Thanks for your post.
As I understand, you want to the document auto submitted to the records center without using code, like Event Handler.
It can be achieved using the expiration policy in SharePoint 2007.
You can create a record routing at first, and then define the policy for the document library. And the documents will be sent to the record center when it reaches the end of its retention period.
