    ************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
    For example:
      < jitDebugging="true" />
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

  • Hi Madooo,

    Welcome to the MSDN Forum.

According to your description, I think this issue is more related with the application itself, not the .NET Framework.

However, you could use the .NET Framework Setup Verification Tool to verify the installaion status of the .NET Framework 4.0.

    • If this tool does not find any errors, the .NET Framewrok should be installed correctly. Then we can confirm that this is related with the application itself. You can consider to contact the application's publisher to get more efficient response.
    • If the verification failed and reports some errors, you can try to repair/reinstall your .NET Framework through Control Panel -> Uninstall a program.

If this is a development issue, you'll need to post it in the dedicated forum to get more efficient response. The category of MSDN Forums is at:

If you have any concerns, please feel free to let me know.
