Error trying to create new FAST SearchCert RRS feed

  • When trying to create a new cert for the one that expired I get an error. i have tried this command with several accounts that are in the local administrators and the fast administrators group all get an error like below. Any help would be appreciated.

    Not able to create self-signed certificate or copy it to local machine.
