Email a Support Group when they are assigned a call either via update or create? RRS feed

  • I want a support group to get an email when they get assigned a call either when a call is created or when it gets transferred.  From what I see this can only be achieved by creating two separate notifications.  Is this correct?  There is no way to do it with one subscription or workflow in the GUI?
