  • Every time I try to export the folder properties I get this error. Can someone explain what it means and if there is a way to fix it?

  • What version, service pack, update rollup and cumulative update of Exchange are you running?  What version of ExFolders?

  • Hi Laura,

Please collect the information as Ed mentioned above, more clues would help troubleshoot the issue.

Moreover, I also find a similar issue , it is solved by adding the email address into the users AD account email field. You can have a try and check if any helps also.  Details see the comment which is provided by Christopher Nenzel in the following links : https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Exchange-2010-SP1-ExFolders-e6bfd405/view/Discussions/2
