Powerpoint Professional 2010 - Transitions slide problem

I am having trouble with the timing of transition when applied to a slide. It doesn't matter if I put Duration Transition time settings at 04:00 or 10:00. The transition just rushes through quickly and show no changes no matter what I place in the duration transition time settings.

Please help

Hi

For your issue, we recommend go to Slide Show --> Set Up Slide Show --> Advance Slides --> make sure it's set to Use Timings If Present.

Also, make sure in transitions that on mouse click is off (it will stay on even if you check automatically).

Then switch to another transition to check.

If the issue persists, start PowerPoint in safe mode to see if it works well: Hold "Ctrl" key and click into the program.
