SCCM manager unable to fetch all policies on action tab. RRS feed

    hi ,

    we have a scenario on which we have installed sccm client on a windows 8.1 machine the installation was successful with return code 0 on log file .but the machine is unable to fetch SCCM policies at configuration manager property  actions tab only 2 policies are found .even software center is not installed .we have installed SCCM clients for the same site before this and it was working fine but we are facing this issue from last 4 days for all the new SCCM client deployment.

    How to debug this issue ?

    This issues has been discussed and solved numerous times here in the forums. Is the client assigned to a site? Any errors in ccmmessaging.log, clientlocation.log or locationservices.log? Is the MP healthy?

    Dear Sir,

    Please check the MP healthy. You can check the status of SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER component from console. Check the mpcontrol.log to make sure it's keep rolling with status code 200.

    Check to make sure the SMS Agent Host service keep running normally on server. Restart SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER service may help to re-initiate the component.
