  • Full Mailbox permissions are stored in the mailbox, not Azure or AD, ritht?

    which powershell should I use to see full mailbox rights assignments?

    Andy is right. "Get-MailboxPermission" cmdlet can see mailbox permission assignments.

    Except that, you can use the following command to filter the specific permissions on the mailbox:

    Get-MailboxPermission UserName |Where{$_.AccessRights -Match "FullAccess" } 

    As below:
