Hi,
Does this issue happen suddenly or happen the first time you try to configure and open Outlook after installing?
Have you tried starting Outlook in safe mode and see whether this issue continues? To do this, close Outlook, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type
outlook /safe and press Enter.
We may also try running a repair of your Office installation and then see whether this issue continues.
