    Could you explain in few words what is the difference between native and integrated mode?

    In few words, In SSRS Deployment ,Native mode of report server is a stand-alone application server for reports management & delivery.
    In Integrated mode, report server runs on Sharepoint farm. It requires Sharepoint foundation/Sharepoint server.
