    Hello,

    Is there anyway that we can have the system send an email reminder to an analyst at a specific date? Say we grant VPN access to a person for 2 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks the system will send an email reminder to the analyst telling him that the VPN access needs to be revoked. If we can do this it'll be great!

    One option is maybe to extend the incident class with an additional propertiy like "Reminder" as a date.

    After adding Reminder field in the incident form you can set a Reminder date. With a workflow and the reminder date as a criteria you are able to send a notification.
