the WIN7 system is always black screen RRS feed

  • Hello,

    There is a PC that installed with WIN7 operation system. it is always black screen . And I can't open the task manager to look at or terminate any process that is running.

    The only thing that I could do then is to shutdown the system by pressing the power off button.

    It happens frequently, and the IT department of the company can't find something wrong. But it did happend and affect the usage.

    It is apppreciative that you give me some available solution to it.

  • Hello,Sorry,i never meet the issue. What can you do after it is black screen? How often does it happen? Can you restore the system when it works well?  thanks.

  • nothing , except move the cursor or shutdown the system with power off button.

    this problem has occured some time ago, and it is in urgent use, some change has happend after that, not available to restore the system to the original version.

    Since this issue can be caused by video card driver, corrupted registry keys, incorrect settings in BIOS or system files.

    Please check following solution:

    If it doesn't fix your issue, please refer to manual boot of your computer to Reset BIOS settings into Default.

    For corrupted system files, if you have Windows 7 installation media, please try the repair or In-place upgrade to repair your windows:
