    Hi,

    We have one pool having FE 3 servers. We have almost EV enabled 1500 users in one pool. We have mediation pool having 2 Mediation server.

    The FE servers having RAM configuration of 16 GB each.What will the maximum numbers of concurrent PSTN calls can be supported with the current scenario.

    All users are enabled for Enterprise Voice also.

    Hi, 

    It also depends on de hardware configuration of your medation servers but if you use recommended requirements you should go up to 1100-1500 calls per mediation server.
