SLA Breached Notification - Criteria limitation (combination classes not available) RRS feed

  • I've got SLO's up and running but facing problems when creating the new subscriptions. My old subscriptions were built around the static 'Resolve by' property inside Incident Mgmt class. When using the class "Service Level Instance Time Information" my criteria options are very limited. My goal is to have different criteria depending on on the status of the Incident (Pending/Active) and when the work item was last modified.

    Example of old subscription:

    When using the new 'Breached' and 'Warning' status these are stored in a different class (Service Level Instance Time Information) rendering my unable to use additional criteia. 

    Are there any possible workarounds to this? Or did i miss something some options in the console?
