SharePoint Designer 2013 Workflow configuration. RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am configuring Workflow Manager to enable SharePoint 2013 Workflow in SharePoint Designer 2013, but after configuration I am not getting the 2013 workflow option. I have followed the following steps,

    1). Installed following components from Web Platform Installer: Workflow Manager 1.0, Workflow Manager 1.0 Cumulative Update 3, Workflow Manager 1.0 Refresh (CU2), Workflow Manager Client 1.0 Cumulative Update 3, Service Bus 1.0, Service Bus 1.0 Cumulative Update 1. >> Installed Successfully

    2). Workflow Manager configuration through Workflow Manager Configuration Wizard. >> Completed Successfully.

    3). Workflow Register :

    Register-SPWorkflowService -SPSite 'https://myhost/mysite' -WorkflowHostUri 'http://workflowhost:12991' -AllowOAuthHttp -Force

    4): Feature activation :

    Enable-SPFeature -Identity WorkflowServiceStore -Url https://myhost/mysite

    5): Workflow IIS Site, Application Pool and database working fine.

    6): Services : Workflow Manager Backend, Windows Fabric Host Service, Service Bus Gateway are running.

    7). Workflow Service Status is showing "Workflow is Not Connected" and displaying error "SharePoint 2013 workflow requires a compatible workflow service configured with SharePoint such as Workflow Manager. The workflow service is either not installed or not configured."

    8.) Opening WorkflowHostUri ('http://workflowhost:12991' and 'https://workflowhost:12990')in chrome browser showing the AuthorizationError "The caller does not have the necessary permissions required for this operation. Permissions granted: None. Required permissions: ReadScope." but opening fine in IE browser with run as administrator.

    Kindly help me on this.

  • Deleting "Workflow Service Application Proxy" and re-registering it again, started working.
