ports 443 and 80 blocked. It was working earlier RRS feed

  • Is there somewhere in the Essentials wizard I can work on ports 443 and 80 being opened. It's opened on my firewall but the server can't see that.

    1.can you contact the isp vendor to check port 443 and port 80 are not blocked for you ? 
    2.do you use static public ip address on server essentials ?
    3.are you configuring remote web access ?

    can you check firewall setting on your server essentials ?
    5.did you confiure your router manually and not use automatic router configure on Anywhere access configuration wizard ?
    6.is your server 2016 essential a vm or a physical server ?
    7.if the problem persist ,can you share what's the error message like picture ?
