Skype for Business UI - Error in Transfer RRS feed

    Hello

    We have Lync Server 2013 and in preparation for moving to Skype for Business 2015 I've enabled the Skype UI for users. When they use the lync client they can file share without issue, when they use the skype client they immediately get 'Error in transfer' when trying to send a file. 

    The only thing I've changed is the UI, if I switch back to Lync it works.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Realidy,

    Would you please tell us did the issue only appear on the specific client or all clients had this issue?

    How did you change to SFB UI from Lync client?

    Here is a document about how to change to Skype UI, please refer to

    For this issue, you could try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Try to delete SFB cache files and test again: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com
    2. Do a clean boot on your computer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135

    Hi Alice

    I have only activated the Skype UI for 2 users and it's happening to both. It was activated by changing the CSClientPolicy.

    I've deleted the cache and clean booted my computer but the problem remains.

    How did you change to SFB UI interface?

    Did you have the correct steps in the TechNet article above?

    Are there any event IDs in SFB server side？
