Troubleshooting SQL on a UAG box RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We've been getting some SCOM alerts from the SQL instance on one of our UAG boxes (currently being used for DirectAccess), and our SQL team is having a really hard time troubleshooting the problem.  The main thing is that they've installed the SQL management toos locally on the server but they can't access the SQL instance; the only security account that has permissions to access the databases is the SQL SA, but we don't know the password for it because it was set by TMG/UAG during the installation process.  Has anyone come across this before, or is there a way to work around this issue?
