Missing Azure Connectors for a group of employees. RRS feed

    We have at the moment a FIM synchronized hybrid Office 365 deployment. We are working towards moving over to a AD Connect deployment but We've recently did a mass enable for online archives for my organization and in troubleshooting the segment of users that did not get the archive we found that these employees were missing Azure connectors. Obviously this means because the user is Sync'ed that we cannot make any changes too their exchange properties as changes made on the hybrid won't sync to the cloud as it's no longer sync'ed to Azure.

    Our FIM metaverse has three connectors for each user:

    -Legacy forrect

    -New Forrest

    - Azure

    It's suppose to match with the Azure account based on the Office 365 GUID attribute which should match up with the immutable ID. Which it does but for some reason it is not matching. 

    I'm tempted to soft delete the O365 mailbox (after ensuring the data is safe with something like a PST export or a legal hold) and see if the account then matches. Not sure what else to try.
