Unable to connect to office 365 after changing domain password and office 365 password. RRS feed

  • User has changed domain login password and office365 password and after that it is not connecting to office 365 inbox on outlook 2013 & keeps prompting for password. He is able to login office 365 on browser with new office 365 password. Can anyone suggest solution.

  • In the logon dialog make sure that the logon dialog has the correct UPN.  I've seen this get changed and the user not pay attention to it.

    Agree with Andy, this could be an cache issue, you can try to clear all stored credentials in Credential Manager, then check if any helps. 

    Moreover, you can also try to re-create outlook profile to check if any helps.
