How to verify what's been synchronized between replica servers RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

At our company we have scripts which contains approval/decline of each updates based on 5 computer groups, this script is imported into the Master WSUS server, then the approval information is synchronized to downstream server1 as a replica, then it replicates to downstream server2.

I can use the WSUS report to check what updates are approved for which computer groups, but this will take ages to check each one.

I wish there was a way to find: Number of approved updates for each of the 5 computer groups. I'm quite not satisfied with the boring and not so flexible report of WSUS.

If anyone know how to get these information, please share.

    Regards,

  • Hi Kenny,

We can try to create 5 new Update View in WSUS console with the properties of the specific groups.

Then We can check what updates are approved for the specific groups in the update view.

Note:It is not including the inherited approvals.

Here is the screenshot of my lab server,

    Best Regards.
