For this issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please check if the issue appeared on all SFB client in your environment.
2. Try to delete SFB cache files and test again: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com
3. Make sure your SFB client with the latest update.
4. For SFB server side, please try to run the command line: Update-CsAddressBook
