Hi,Firstly, please ensure the account in the Privileged Monitoring Account profile has enough privileges on the monitored computer; or you can create a privileged account and associate to this profile to see how it works.
If the issue persists, please also try the following:
1. Please clear the HealthService queue on the monitored server which meets this error:
1) Stop System Center Management service.
2) Go to C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\, and rename the “Health Service State” folder.
3) Restart System Center Management service.2. Please refer to the methods in the following post to check the error:

If the issue persists, please check the Event Log on the problematic server; if there are any related errors, please let us know the details.Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi Nicholas,
I seem to have a similar issue with the browser service, My alert name and description is slightly different.

My agent uses a different Domain Admin account as Action account instead of the default system account.
I have verified that the Action account has been Added to the Administrator group of the Agent.
Based on the above alert i see it mentioned that there is no enough space, But i have verified that there is space on both C:\ & D\ drive.
The service Exists, But is stopped and set to disabled state (Not sure who did it and why)Any inputs ?
