In order to fix the issue more efficiently, I'd like to clarify the following questions:
Which type of email account are you using? IMAP, POP3 or Exchange?
How did you determine that Outlook has reached the maximum size? Is there any error message or notification?
Is there any other user affected by this issue in your organization?

Did you remove the email account or the data file associated with the email account? Is there any error message when it failed to add back?
