    Hi,

    How to close tasks to update in Project Server 2013?

    Hi Robert,

    In Project 2013, the "close task to update" has been changed!

    It is now the "locked" capability that behaves the same manner. Basically you choose to lock a task in a PWA project view. Consequently you have to previously add the field "lock" to a view. By default the "lock" field will be set to "no". You just have to edit the field and change the value to "yes" for the tasks you want to lock.

    No it is only possible in PWA (web access). In MS Project Pro, you can only unpublish the tasks.
