How can I use Business Contact Manager in Outlook 2016 RRS feed

  • Can I use Business Contact Manager in Outlook 2016 as it only applied for Outlook 2013 from the MS official site.

  • Hi Flyer,

    You are right that Microsoft has discontinued Business Contact Manger (BCM) so there won’t be a 2016 version of BCM.

    However, we did release a successor called Outlook Customer Manager (or OCM for short) which is a completely new product, but with many of the features of BCM. So go ahead and give it a try, see whether it will meet your requirement:

    Is there a version of OCM 2016 out of 365? My license is 2016 Professional Enterprise but i need this tool. I used to work with BCM...
