  • Why do i have so much diffulculty downloading/upgrading and scanning my computer can't get help through troubleshooting unable to restore System or restore Files i need help real help to restore my System completly and accuratly

    According to your description, I understand that the system restore couldn’t help and you want to restore my System completely. Is it right?

    If your system is Win8.1 above, we could reset the system by follow the steps in the link below.

    Most computers from PC vendors come with certain pre-configured factory settings which are important to the computer’s operation. We could completely restore your Windows to factory settings.
