i am have trouble accessing my laptop out the house vier remote access through my servers domain url i used to be with talktalk but i was getting fud up with the **** internet speed so i moved to virgin media i was able to access it before i had my router changed can some one help me plz

Have you forward the port 3389 on the router to your laptop? To test it, telnet the port 3389 from outside.
