Single Sign-on - SharePoint 2013 SAP Integration RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have installed the SAP Business Object BI on SharePoint 2013 farm but the single sign-on (Automatic sign on) return an error "Account information not recognized: Internal error"

If I log in manually then it works fine.

Any idea how to fix this issue?

  • Hi,

The steps in the article is also suit for SharePoint 2013. In SharePoint 2013, if you have configured single sign for SharePoint, then you can refer the article to configure single sign on for SAP part.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to implement single sign on for SharePoint 2013 SAP Integration.

As you can sign in manually, but fail when single sign on, I suggest you can refer the steps in the articles below to reconfigure the single sign on:

Step-by-Step guide for SSO from MS Sharepoint to SAP

If the issue still exists, I suggest you can trace the SSO web request using Fiddler to find more detailed information:

    Thanks
