Dragging print jobs to the print queu RRS feed

    Hi there, 

    A user is dragging her print jobs to the print queue, and what happens is that only 50% of the print jobs show up, and so only 50% of the print jobs print out. 

    This is a problem, because she has to print out 100's of jobs at a time through Adobe pdf. 

    Anyone seen this before?

    1 do you mean if there are 100 pages in a .pdf file, your printer will only print out 50 pages ? 
    2 If you print two files ,is there only one file can be print out ?
    3 Is there only one user have this issue ?
    4 which method do this user's computer connect to printer ?（by usb cable ,by network ,by printer server ,by remote session easy print)
    5 if you uninstall the current printer driver on problematical computer and install the latest printer driver on it ,does problem persist ?
