  • Hi,

    After checking your dump file, I noticed the issue may be related to Symantec Endpoint Protection. The following is the result after analyzing your dump file.

    BugCheck D1, {0, 2, 8, 0}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for wpsdrvnt.sys

    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for wpsdrvnt.sys

    I recommend updating your SEP or removing SEP temporary to test the issue.

    That would be my interpretation. Doing what has been suggested would be a sensible thing to do.

  • What version and build of SEP are you running? There were reported issues with RU5 and Windows 7 BSOD's, and anything earlier than that is not supported on that platform.  I would make sure you are on the latest build.
