There are two Conversation History Tabs in Outlook 2013 RRS feed

  • There are two 'Conversation History' Tabs in Outlook 2013. Most probably this might be a bug in Outlook 2013. When i click on the first tab it was working. But Clicked on the 2nd tab, i wont. Pl. see the image.

    from the description of the thread, I can see that your issue is related with Outlook Application interface.

    this forum only handles the issues regarding Outlook VBA Object model.

    Could you please clarify what you mean by "But Clicked on the 2nd tab, i wont. "?
    Would you please share the screenshot via OneDrive and paste a link here then our community members can help you better?

    Please try to turn off Cached mode if you are in, then manually delete the 2nd folder which is empty, re-enable Cached mode back and see if the the issue can be fixed. 

    Any findings, please post back at ease.
