Save incoming mails to .tif format automatically

    Question

  • Hi Team,  

    I get fax confirmations to my to my email in Outlook. These usually one page when I save or print them as PDF. I need to upload these confirmations in a document manager in .tif format. 

    So I'm wondering if there is a way to save these emails as .tif automatically as they come in,  possibly using macros.

  • Hi Bharat,

    Unfortunately, there is no built-in option in Outlook client for this purpose. You might need to try some third party add-ins (make sure to choose one with a good reputation) or code your own solution via VBA.

    For a scripting solution, consider posting in the following dedicated Outlook for developer forum. That's where most of the development experts hang out, you should get more professional responses out there:
